This 55-minute webinar is designed to help stroke program leaders, coordinators, navigators and data specialists of all experience levels develop a higher-level understanding of data, graphs, and tables and to build their comfort level in leading quality and performance improvement within their program.

This webinar will walk through many aspects data analysis and best display charts while discussing examples of situations coordinators face daily. It also identifies ways to capture and display data in an understandable and actionable way. The “star” of this webinar is control charts. Participants learn how to build a control chart and when to use one for performance improvement. The objectives include:

• Understand when to use different kinds of graphs (pie, bar, line, histogram, control charts) to understand and display your stroke program data
• Discuss best practices in data display
• Learn when to use a control chart to monitor and display process data
• Design a control chart in Excel
• Understand when to initiate process change based on control chart analysis

Customers will receive the webinar slide deck, an Excel spreadsheet template and instructions to build a control chart (using data in the Excel spreadsheet or using your own data).
